Had the worst case of DOMS after a leg session, inflamed thighs and painful quads, couldn’t sit or even sleep accordingly and so I decided to checkout Kainos as they were pretty close and had a spot within my availability. She knew precisely how to handle the inflammation , despite the pain I was going through halfway through the session I was able to relax my legs , went above and beyond even recommending a place to get supplements that would alleviate such tension in the future and made an effort to follow up with me later. You ll find the relief as well as the care you need. Definitely a 10 /5 stars!
